WHAT DOES YOUR GUT TELLS YOU? THIS LITTLE LIGHT OF MINE I’M GOING TO LET IT SHINE-WEEK 4

What does your “gut” tells you to do, what is your “gut” feeling, you will know when it is right, you will feel it in your “gut”  how many times have we heard these words spoken; but do we really know the implications of what it means; my understanding of these statements had such a feeling of bewilderment. I didn’t want to follow my gut all I wanted was for someone to tell me that I was going to be alright because they assessed my situation and  thought the decision that I made was a good one.

I always knew of the “solar plexus” I even understood which part of the body it occupied, but I did know that it played an important part in my subconscious. I remember when I did not feel comfortable in any situation, the fear that came over me originated in the pit of my stomach, it kept me paralyzed.

There was a disdain for the “Gut” feelings that I experienced most of my life, I did not know how and why I felt sick, uncomfortable, fear, I only knew that the situations that I encountered had to be resolved….. some were…. but some were left to linger until they were no longer threats.

The Solar Plexus the  third “CHAKRA” the energy center or vortex on our spiritual body each one connected to our physical body. CHAKRA  a word  derived for the sanskrit language meaning “Wheel of Light”. Why is this now coming into my life?

Knowledge is power and my belief is that everyone should be given the opportunity to harness the power of knowledge. This crazy idea keeps stiring in my mind, what if we substitute Lamaze classes and in it’s stead introduce Haanel and if that seems to be side stepping the reason for Lamaze, then lets make it mandatory that each would- be parent have a BLUEPRINT, just a thought.

“This little light of mine I’m going to let it shine,” how many times have I sang this song, even taught it to my son. The question is which little light am I suppose to let shine? I tend to confuse things somewhat but within this confusion there is a genuine desire to link what has been propagated and what is the present awareness.

Wikipedia- I think it is the encyclopedia of knowledge- explains that the song is a children’s gospel penned by Harry Dixon Loes (1895-1965) but depending on the source, the song may take it”s theme from Matthew 5:16 “let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works; what about Matthew 5: 14-15 Ye are the light of the world……back to the Solar Plexus- Wheel of  Light, the sun of the body where energy radiates.

Part Three in the Master Keys Alliance Experience Paragraph 6 “If this radiation is sufficiently strong the person is called magnetic; he is said to be filled with personal magnetism. Such a person may wield an immense power for good. His presence alone will often bring comfort to the troubled minds with which he comes in contact.”

Paragraph 7 “When the Solar Plexus is in active operation and is radiating life, energy and vitality to every part of the body, and to every one whom he meets, the sensations are pleasant, the body is filled with health and all with whom he comes in contact experience a pleasant sensation.

I hear the calling to be “God” like, and I hasten to be in his presence.

“There is but one consciousness in the universe able to think; and when it thinks, it thoughts become objective things to it. As this Consciousness is omnipresent, it must be present within every individual; each individual must be a manifestation of that Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent Consciousness.

We are made in the likeness of God

GUARD THE AVENUES OF YOUR SOUL WEEK 3

Guard the Avenues of Your Soul

I was only fifteen years old when I was told that I should “guard the avenues of my soul,” at the time it meant that I should abstain from anything that was going to keep me out of ” the kingdom of heaven,” going to the movies were forbidden, in my country there is an annual  festive celebration, that the Christian dear not find themselves being a part of, there was a lot of fear built into this revelation.  I was certain that if I did not follow those instruction that I would be chastised and that I would be sent to the place of fire and brimstone”

Most of the teachings, I was told, were given through prophecy, and as I remember, it kept me on the “straight and narrow road,” not for one moment, that I can recall, that I did not believe that the mind, at all cost, should be guarded as it is the portal to the soul. I do not know if these doctrines were preparing me for the knowledge that I am experiencing through this scholarship program, but I do know that some of the exercises that I am going through week after week are reestablishing some things that I forgot.

The enormity of the subconscious and it’s value to each of us should keep us forever making the best impressions on our conscious mind. Data in data out we should program, for want of a better word, our minds to the receiving of valuable data at all times. Confusing begets me and I question the reasoning of a life betrayed and how one takes that betrayal and uses it for either destruction or for education, now I know the difference, it is what that precious conscious mind decides to harness and manifest.

My preparation for this present time started a very long time, there were many obstacles along the way, and certainly they delayed my dharma for a long time, but it is in motion now and if impeded from now on I am equipped to deal with it.

“BE STILL, and KNOW” Week 2

Tags

I do like a challenge, I will commit, I will go as far as to put everything on “HOLD” to reach a solution but “Wow” sitting for fifteen minutes without doing anything is something that I never thought was going to be so demanding. The first day I tried to sit still for fifteen minutes was an eye opener, who knew fifteen minutes was so long. I had a stopwatch going but I was sure that it was not working, here I am sitting very still and if I must say so myself, very poised, my eyes started to itch in the corner, I fought through that, I let my thoughts wonder a bit but now my nose started to tickle, I began giggling inside, what is going on? I have had fifteen minutes intervals in my life before but I was always in motion and I was most certain that there were a few minutes deleted, it ran out so quickly, I had to stop and check the stop watch, Oh No!  only  2 1/2 minutes to go, what a disaster.

Day two, I decided that this time I will close my eyes, stopwatch started, everything seems to be going very well, I was startled by a funny chime wasn’t sure what it was, I fell asleep for the fifteen minutes, so I am not sure if I was sitting poised or I slumped or just plain snored for the full fifteen minutes, I could tell you as the days go by I am getting progressively better, but here is the kicker, the look on my dog’s face when I start reading aloud he looks at me for awhile to be certain that I am alright and then gets up and walk away, the first day he just lay looking at me.

It is the schedule task that I look forward too, it eliminates ” the what next” dilemma. The Psalmist was right when he penned those prophetic words. Be still, and know that I am God:

How to find peace, kindness and wisdom

I am not going to tell you that the discovery of these attributes are derived from my own knowledge of the subject, because it will be misleading, information has been received from varied sources, including the search for what are the teachings of Buddhism and the person behind it’s teachings; the information that I gathered  has caused me to want to share what I think is prophetic.
